Just waiting for it to cool to top the water up now that the thermostat has opened.
Oh, I've registered our 3 Toranas for the Tolls as well.

Tomorrow is a cruise into New which goes via the Toranafest site then onto a beach parking area to the south.
Probably a 1/2 or so cruise.
Leaves the Motel at 2.30pm
If you want to attend the BBQ on Saturday night then ring Mick McCardle ASAP and he can tell you all about it.

i saw 3 toranas today when i was on my way back from mittagong heading north i was doing 115 and couldnt catch them even though i wanted too all 4 doors a yellow one maybe a burgundy or maroon and maybe gold about 11.30 thru yerrinboool.somebody rang up ray hadley all excited about a purple lc or lj they saw at wallacia or warragamba couldnt quite catch it must have been on their way to tfest. Was just talking to my brother who lives in Sydney and he was telling me about a Torana convoy he saw on the M7 today. The only one he could remember in detail was a blue hatch on a trailer with a big blower hangin out the bonnet.
Lookin forward to sunday.
can i take this opportunity to thank ruts and his mate for coming over and bypassing my useless ignition system just so i could get it started and get it on the trailer they even nearly missed out on the footy thanks heaps i owe you one.not just a forum flare fitter!!!!thanks heaps

^ I'm glad you did. It was supposed to be a Torana radiator, but it needed some interaction with Mr. Angle Grinder.
Just waiting for it to cool to top the water up now that the thermostat has opened.
Oh, I've registered our 3 Toranas for the Tolls as well.
Had to do the same thing but then again I did order an HQ rad and I knew I would be trimming, no big deal though.

I'm pretty sure that's what this is Al. Just a bit of trimming at the rear of the thing. Stays nice and cool though. I tried idling her to get it up to temp so the thermos would come on!!! Couldn't do it, didn't get hot enough.
