I suppose you could always flat-pack TC and send her up in a post pack?

You'll have to sign the 'Dangerous Goods' declaration!!! Could be spensive. You might have to take her yourself. If she's flat packed who do I address it to - TC's GMH-T Uncles? and how much is the postage on a flat packed ranga? Could be cheaper to take her up myself
I could take my 15yo daughter and they could have deep and meaningful "hmmph" and "yeah" conversations!!!

Bomber - $100 for a dog - wonder what they charge for a rapid ranga?

On a serious note though,
How much parking is allocated for tow cars and trailers?
we'll have 3 toranas there, but as the racecar isnt exactly road friends, also a special tow vehicle and trailer, should we be there earlier then usual for that?

I would look at getting there around 8.00 - 8.30.
Drop off area is in the carpark next to the entrance to Toranafest and the those with trailers ae asked of park in the Horseshoe Beach Car Park (about 300m up the road).
cheers

I was hoping to park somewhere a bit closer as Im towing the torry up with the ute and it probably wont be alarmed or antyhing by then so Id just like to keep an eye on it.
but if tis gotta park down there, then that will have to do.

As much as Toranafest is all about having fun, there are however a few negatives about the event
For starters, the Toranafest Motel accommodation is almost booked out and parking spaces will fill up quickly
Then of course with having so many Toranas around there is certainly going to be a traffic jam like this
AND like this
BUT of course you will always find some "shifty" lookin' fellas amongst that lot especially the ones that wear dark glasses
BUT amongst all of those negatives there could be a plus like these 2
This year I've decided to disguise my car so I don't get caught up with this rough lot like those 3 shifty fellas
This car should blend in well near the foreshore area of Newcastle
Regards .... Barry
PS .... Can't wait

Now thats a site to see , cant wait to have the hatch parked amongst the lot of them...
There is one in that lot but by memory for last year's Toranafest I think there were over 31 Hatchbacks
The last 4 cars including camera car in the traffic light line-up are Hatchbacks
