Now i've started to pull it apart, first was the bumper took that off to reveal a hit in the ass with rust. The beaver panel needs replacing
The quarters have a hole in them about the size of a 20c piece, The front doors have a hole about the size of a ball so im just gonna weld a plate in it. The rear doors arent too bad,
The good points of this car is the Engine Bay looks Brand new The floorpans are real shiny. The boot floor is fantastic just a bit of surface rust and in behind the front window is like new, (i wish that the same thing in behind the back window.
So basically im just building this car with a bit of this and bit of that with a grand total of shit all and help from mates. Backyard build job after all its for me and mates to do burnouts in. I've been given a mild running 308. A trimatic which worked when it came out of an LH im just waiting for someone to give me a rear end. Heres the good bit the Rear seats have no tears (give me offers if you want them) the roof lining isn't torn and it had a tow bar on it (would somebody buy that or should i just keep it and scrap it?) Look out in the for sale section too as i found a set of JP Performacne Timing Gears for an EH-VK 6cyl (how much are they worth) in the boot and apparently i have an SL/R Spare wheel too with original tyres (that could be bullshit. i'm just doing work on it when the LX dissapears to different places for work.

Maybe youve been busy getting the real Torana ready for paint
I fished the front guards out of the shed
The bumper is too good to give away ... might use it on my sedan
Might part with the sedan one when I check out what its like
But you don't need that yet anyway since you have to paint it first
