Thanks Warrenm. Its that all it takes? Is the geometery still correct? I have the head and engine on the bench so I fiddle with pushrod lengths etc and I can check the sweep of the rocker. So its all just bolt on small block chevy roller rockers??
thanks ,mervx

Just bolt them on. Check it all to make sure, but I think you'll find that 186 or 202 push rods will be fine, depending on your setup.

Only mod needed was having to make my rocker cover 1/2 inch taller. Already had ARP screw in studs fitted, and I was using the long pushrods... with the old head, now short rods with the new head.

Many thanks for the info guys, just checked the above link to summit and a bit over $300 delivered. Too easy.
I'm not chasing poofteenths but as I wanted roller rockers ,why not get a bit more lift "for free". I got plenty of pushrods in stock, anyway.Grafting 2 rocker covers, easy peasy.
That's a better deal than some yucky brand ones that pop up on ebay, haha.
thanks guys,mervx

I got one more query.I have HT817 lifters with my pile of parts but I think they should be HT969. Is one for 186 and one for 202?
Its been a few years since I got these parts together!!

Engine
186 block, blue counterweighted crank, polished and cross drilled, going to try a tear drop shaped counterweigths. Shot peined Starfire rods. ACL race pistons, bearings etc. Arp bolts. Going to fit a main girdle, crank scraper, external oil pick up and grout next rebuild, very soon. Heavy B&M balancer (4.2 Kg), Locked custom made dizzie to suit computer.
Induction
3x2 EFI Hardware throttle bodies, 50, 48, 45mm. Holley blue lift pump, 055 Bosch main pump, 390 cc Delphi injectors and a whole heap of other stuff, cost me a bloody fortune. Wolf V500 ECU.
Exhaust
Modified H&M headers, 3 inch single system.
Cam
Wayne Green solid (would love a roller with roller bearings) IN 44, 72 EX 78, 41, Dur @50, IN 257, EX 260, Lift ( I have no idea what my rocker ratio is) so at 1.5 In 529, Ex 513.
Compression
11.1
Head
Duggan (I believe a series 2 or 2nd design) Nice piece of alloy this is, although it can be a real pain in the arse. Has just about everything you could want.
Driveline
custom made steel flywheel, press fit, 3/8 ARP bolts (4.8 Kgs), probadly too light, AP clutch (4.8 Kgs), M-21 and I love my inline shifter. 3.55 true track 9 inch ford diff.
1/4 time,
Nothing yet, have to rebuild due to low oil pressure issues

My combo at the present, rebuild coming next year and few more changes.
Engine
186 block, blue counterweighted crank, polished and cross drilled, shotpeined starfire rods, ACL race series pistons, bearings etc, ARP bolts, big sump, windage tray, JP oil pump, straight cut gears, custom made dizzie to suit ECU, B&M steel balancer (4.2 Kg), Davies Craig electric water pump.
Induction
3x2 EFI Hardware throttle bodies, 50,48,45mm, bloody night mare to set these up, Delphie injectors, Holley blue lift pump, Bosch 055 main pump, Wolf v500 ECU.
Cam
Wayne Green solid, In 44-72, Ex 78-41, Duration 50@ In 257, Ex 260, lift, not sure what my rocker ratio is so at 1.5, In 529,
Ex 513,
Compression
11.1
Head
Series 2 Duggan, it has just about every thing you could want in a holden 6 head.
no mechanical steriods
Driveline
Custom press fit steel flywheel (4.8 Kg) ARP bolts, probadly too light, AP clutch (4.8 Kg), M-21, 3.55 truetrack Ford 9 inch.
No 1/4 time, unfortunatly due to low oil pressure, hense the dredded rebuild. The dyno guy would only rev it to 5 grand, a previous dyno tune had it making power up to 7 grand, so heaps of potential.

Am I reading your post correctly, you have 3 different size throttle bodies? If so, what's the story here?

They start out at 50mm then they go down to 48 and they finish at 45mm, so they are a conical bore.
