hi fellas,
not sure if everyone was aware but ive been side tracked for a couple of years playing around with a blowthrough turbo red in a hr holden that i also own. As we speak iam frabricating a new set of pipes for the lj and grafting the engine from the hr in the lj with some different, hopfully better mods. My hr went 11.2 @ 118 on 14psi which i was pretty happy with,it lifted the head a couple of times this year as i think theres been a few tuning issues but hopefully now we are on top of it now. Im pretty retarded when it comes to computers but hopfully ill get some pics up soon, thanks for the interest guys i honestly thought it had slipped of the radar.lol thanks peter

jason, the engine in the hr wasnt to over the top aslthough i will say the 9 port head that its running did have a few bucks spent and a fair bit of development work done to it whicih seemed to work well. I dont claim to be an engine expert but i do believe the more effient you can make the combo before you boost it ie: a good cylinder head, the right cam, carb, converter, diff gears ect the better it will respond once boosted. Other than that my old holden had a 9in trimatic 4000 converter. Let me know if ive missed anything. Dose anyone know how much a hr holden really weighs? thanks peter
