Guns & Roses unfortunately there is no more photos of the flareless 4 door LX, as I never finished it due to lack of money and work so I had to sell it to pay the bills unfortunately.

gen3torrie thanks for the comments the big scoops was a phase i was going through and was something i always wanted to do. The scoops in the photos is the same scoop as i just transfered it from car to car.

When the tank is half full how does the fuel from the outer sections get to the pickup or are these dummy sections.

And it looks like the sway bars and mounts will get in the way of where the exhaust is supposed to run in the 2 tunnels ??

Note: read that as jealous nitpicking - car is absolutely unfarkingbelievable

ls2lxhatch when the fuel level gets to half way it will sit in the outer 2 sections as it is all open inside, as you go around corners the fuel should wash over the 2 humps i am hoping, once the tank gets down to half way i will refill it if possible, to stop the outer sections of the fuel from going off.

unvsm8 yes you are right needs a nice set of big arse harrop brakes which i can not afford at the moment, so does anyone have a set i can borrow for a while, i promise i'll take good care of them.

niterida the sway bar and the sway bar mounts are in the road of the exhaust but that picture makes it look worst than what it really is. Exhaust should just need a nice small bend to clear.

rollo thank you for your comments yes the capri was for sale on the gold coast so i guess long time no see as for the capri being stolen you are half right as it was mostly my tools heads and manifolds, gauges and other items but thankfully the night before for some reason i took my wheels off and put them away and they didn't find them. The worst part was no insurance after that i never wanted to work on cars ever again, but time past capri was sold for crap all just because i wanted to get rid of it, i eventually sold my wheels and bought the LX 4 door in the photos above but work was still tough not making much money so very little progress was made on it, this was probably one of the lowest and most depressing time of my life so much so i sat on my arse and slept most of the time. but life must go on so i got off my arse made the best of a bad thing and moved on and now i own a genuine SS hatch must be one of those life lessons that god wants us to learn, but i know one thing when i get into heaven i'm going to kick god's arse.

Awesome hatch Black Dice, simply stunning! Love the tank.

Just a question regarding the Capri, is that your old ANDRA Super Street licence number on the glass? I only ask cause that's my current Super Street licence number, 3140!!

Cheers
Harve

LJ355 HA,Ha,Ha don't tempt me as the second i owned and the first torana i ever owned was a 2 door LJ torana, which was an absolute bore to drive, it also scared the crap out of me as it had a worked 202 M21 and was only my second car.I loved that thing so much so i tried to buy another one a few years down the track but couldn't find a reasonable one for a reasonable price so that is when i bought my LC, if i did swap would all 3 sets of rims be included by the way mines not running yet so you would have to finish it off. Good luck because god has given me the shits, no just joking, thanks for the offer.Who knows i might actually take you up on that offer one day.

HRV74 damm it's a small world what is the odds of having the same number. The original owner of the capri had that number when he raced it at Willowbank. I bought it as a rolling shell and had the 4 link installed, was going to put a small block chev in it and put it back on the street, but as we all know shit happens.

Damm rollo you've got a good memory because that was quite a few years ago, i remember someone ringing me and telling me about some parts that were up that way, i relayed the message to the police they said they would look into it but we all know they couldn't care less. As for my dad's car it was a GTV Alfa with a super charged 4 cylinder Alfa motor, which he ended up selling a few years after the break-in. Yes i was pissed off when everything got taken as it would have been a tough Capri if it ever got finished, the Capri was sold to a guy on the coast i don't know his name, but he drives around in a orange XR maybe XT i'm not to sure about my Fords with the number plates Pimping. As for the Capri i haven't seen it since.

that orange hatch doesnt do the tank justice. the exhasuts hang out about 8 inches too far. i reckon they should dump maybe an inch past the tank, get rid of those ugly big rubber mounts too.
good idea though
