I Have spoken with John Henman, And he has given me the following information:
70 Cars will be a good maximum, so it looks like the list above is about it! There is some flexibility, so dont stress if youve missed out by 1 or 2 entrants, but 70 will be the limit!
We WILL be conducting bracket racing after lunch, so this will eat in to the racing time for everyone, but there will be a bracket for everyone to have some fun!
Personal BBQs and Bringing your own lunches will be fine to use!
I Am in the process of finalising the photography and i'll get a cost on a few trophies and i'll be back to you with the final cost and some payment details!!
This day is going to be massive, I hope everyone will enjoy it as much as, if not more than last time!
Cheers

No Seriously, Each entrant gets 2 pit crew and 3 spectator passes.
Pit Pass allows entry to the front of the staging lanes (in the area off to the side of the start line),
Spectator passes allow entry to the venue and pit paddock and of course staging lanes but not start line side.
All you need to do if to find an entrant and organise with them to get the pass/es to you on the day.
Too easy

The ute is looking good for it too.
Just need to save some pennies!
Any word on more than 2 drivers per car?
Just incase we dont get the ute or the purple car ready, Karlie still wants to have a go and Id hate to have to tell her no! (we all know what an angry women is like to live with!)

I should have three spare spectator passes Craig , but you would need to get into the pits ,for a better look , and a better day .What is the cost just to watch,Tiny?

Put me down for one, thanks mate.I dont mind chucking in a few bucks to spread the cost either.
Last time I looked there was nothing separating the spectator area and the staging lanes where most of the bullshit and benchracing happens.
Im looking forward to it.
Can we park non-competing cars in the paddock inside?
Kind of like an unofficial pose area?

I havent asked about more than 3 drivers in one car Chris, I'll ask now!
I also go a price back from Jason about photography and videography Please see below, I need some input before we make a decision:
Photography: - Every Car will be photographed by 2 professional photographers.A CD with their high res images will be mailed to each entrant. As you got on the previous drag day.
Cost for photography will be added to EVERY entrant's cost as it was very difficult to decipher who had, and had not paid on the day and a few guys bought the photo package after the event, so i think this is best for EVERYONE!
Cost for photography is $20 per entrant
VIDEO: The event can be videoed by 2 cameramen with High Definition Video Equipment. This will include some footage taken from some onboard cameras in/on cars throughout the day. The footage will be edited down to provide a nice package and then duplicated professionally and mailed out to each entrant.
The cost for videography is an additional $20 PER ENTRANT.
So this will make the entry cost for the day as follows:
$200 WSID entry Fee
$50 for an additional driver if required
$20 for photography
$20 for video
$5 per entrant to cover trophy costs for the Bracket Racing (DYO Brackets) and a donation to the forum will be made from any excess funds from trophies.
Total cost for one driver $245.00 or if two entrants in one car: $295.00
Now please guys, I need a decsion on if we want video as well as photography.
My honest opinion is that Video is an awesome addition, and photography is a given as anyone who came along last year would know how good, and how many photos that were taken of each car!
Thanks for your support, and i'm sure this day will be spectacular!

Rob,
We can do that, provided were talking about a street-registered car that hasnt got the potential to run under 12.00-seconds and therefore require an ANDRA Licence. It will be another $50.00.
Basically if the car is <12 sec you will need EVERY driver to be SS/T (Super Street or better) Licenced to drive it at this event.
Regards

Would anyone have 3 spare tickets?
I'll only be using one ticket for the day, from what I read this leaves three tickets so Jason they're all yours.
