Videos/Pics are a given on the day... If we get the numbers!

So far we've only got 8 confirmed racers!!!

I know alot of guys like Unclefesta and Snapt are getting their racers money together, but please remember guys I have to pay WSID by 25th June.

I was just giving a gentle reminder because of the great turnout on the list things like the video and photos have been planned around those numbers (to minimise the costs) so if we dont get the numbers then i'll have to sort something else out (somehow! What's a Plan B?)

Dont think the ute will be right for a run and Im not sure we can afford toe nter two cars.

But we are still in with the purple LJ with me and ray sharing driving duties.

I live around 20 minutes drive from Eastern Creek, out St Mary's way and WOULD LOVE TO GO as a spectator.. If any Racer/Entrant is coming in from Blue Mountains Penrith Way I would appreciate you earmarking 1 of those spectator passes for me.. I'd imagine they would simply reschedule another date as we can't run in the rain.

But don't worry, Tiny has some powerful friends in high places and has assured me the day will be sunny and cool to maximise 1/4 mile times.

I have put my order in!

I just hope that i've paid my dues for this year and i didnt use up all my favours last year! heheheh!

Youngy: There is a rain policy for rain during the event, and basically it's a sliding scale of refunds based on how much of the day gets rained out.
In very simple terms, If the day gets rained out 100% i believe we can offer either a full refund, OR reschedule to another date (assuming there is another date at a suitable time... remebering we tried to book this for april!).
Basically they split the day into thirds, and moneys are refunded appropriate to how much racing we actually got in on the day. But let's hope it doesnt rain because they do keep a fairly large % to cover their costs even if it rains in the first 30 minutes we loose a large chunk! (As they have to pay out lots of minimum costs like wages and prep fees etc!)

Keep your fingers crossed and pray for a return of the drought! (did i say that?? )
