I've never been one to "mask" a problem so this is the next step into the unknown. I don't quite have it "pegged" yet but I can see a pattern forming?

Well the cardboard, masking tape and aquadhere weren't strong enough so aluminium and pop rivets next?

You might notice that the pattern had swapped from left to right a couple of times? I'm trying to make it suit both sides.

Don't think I've ever owned a shirt that came in a box?
If I had the template in front of me to measure I'd happily draw it in CAD for you, even as a 3D sheet metal model. I could try to trace around the drawings above but it wouldn't be all that accurate (I'm kind of a 'millimeter-perfect' type when it comes to CAD work).

Didn't you mum ever send you to Sunday school with a new shirt fresh out of the box?

Mixed up some under car paint today using old paints from auctions and clearing sales. The oldest paint is 9 years old. Tried it on a test piece and it has dried, She'll be right!

I'm having a rethink on the lower "A" pillar repair. The curved/bulbous part of this is a mud/moisture trap. I'm thinking of making it square to the guard so it can be sealed?
