what are you using it for?
i am yet to see a record breaking holden 6 with a stroker crank.
prostroke weld them, theres another mob that do it.

Where did you get .350 from???

By my calculations thats .125", so thats only offsetting the journal .0625"

Could be totally wrong?

Sounds right to me.

0.125 is the difference in stroke: 3.375 - 3.25 = 0.125. So yes, the journal would be offset by .0625. Doesn't sound unreasonable.

You would need to bore out 120 thou to get the 222 ci though. 60 though would get you 215.

The capacity with this kit ends up a bit less than what you can get with a modded 221 crank, but even so it might be preferable. One reason is you get a half-decent rod ratio - a stock 202 has borderline too-short rods and stock rods with a 3-1/2" or more stroke are absolutely hideous. It's hard on the engine and also on the already problematic breathing.
Why do you want the longer stroke? If it's a turbo engine then even a 3" engine can be made to produce much more power than the engine can contain. And if it's N/A with a Holden head then the head is going to be the limiting factor regardless of capacity - a stroker will just slide the peaks down the rpm scale a bit. For a mild street motor I guess you'd have a nice fat bottom end but for anything else I frankly can't see any compelling reason to go much more than 3-1/4".

If you follow the link to Ebay it says: 215-222ci depending on bore size

IIRC the ford 221 cranks can take a 186 to 235 or thereabouts - except he doesn't want a welded crank.

Ring PPM as they will make a 4340 crank to any specs for $2500 and any rod length at $1650 and any forged piston to suit at $1650.

Well Kit Cullen cranks are $2000 and he isn't doing anymore or hasn't for a few years now but i know who has the moulds for Kit's crank but he isn't doing anything as yet because there isn't much difference in price to the custom 4340 cranks from PPM. Where does he find one maybe check the speedway guys around Brisbane.

So when did they go up to $2000.

I paid $1360 �which included machining to 186 mains, rebalancing and postage. �I would never have bothered if they'd been $2000.

Crank is now in NZ.

Not sure when they went to $2000 but i was talking with a mate on monday who Kit contacted about some business and thats what Kit said he sold them for before he gave the moulds away and also his injection moulds turned up on his doorstep recently as the company who had them and were going to recast suddenly dropped the idea. As i said i do know where and who has the crank moulds now but he isn't doing anything at present because there isn't much price difference to the steel cranks PPM will do and Kit's cranks where only cast afaik.
