Hi guys, i have reassmebled the front end of my LH and i'm using all rubber bushes. with the upper control arms, i read in another blog that the bushes (using nolethane) should be out 3 to 5mm. my rubber ones pressed in all the way. the internal metal sleeve inside the bush has knurled ends and so does my pivot shaft. so i'm guessing when you get the car at ride height, you shold tighten up those bushes till the internal sleeve bites onto the pivot shaft???? that way the ruber part of the bush rotates and ot metal on metal???? it seems to be different with nolethane because they use a washer up against the internal on the pivot shaft. any help would be great. i'm dropping the motor in, in about 2 hours and want to ensure im doing the right thing cheers

Correct - rubber bushes twist and should be tightened at ride height, whereas urethane ones operate more like bearings and need to be greased
