Hail damage?

I was working in the CBD today and it was unbelievable, never seen anything like it. Everyone just dropped their shit and focussed on trying to deal with the crazy conditions, for a few hours. I hate to imagine the property loss, I saw heaps of things destroyed, all through the city cars had hail damage (so glad I left the Torana at home under cover today) etc, just all kinds of plants, displays, signage, electrical systems such as traffic lights etc.
Our verandah at home has FRP (plastic) kinda covering, and that got a bit damaged by the hail but that is all, we got off VERY lucky. Some of my mates have the same kinda thing and they reckon it just turned to confetti after today.
I already know of one forum member who had significant damage to some of their possessions.
How about you?

Magnas fine, it hit a sweet spot in the bonnet and the bang popped out the dent that was already in it so it was a win for me, Matts ute looks like its been seriously attacked by an overweight riverdancer!

We had all the cars out in the backyard just seconds before the storm hit. It was a sunny great day up my way all day. So we thought we'd do some concreting in the shed. Pulled ALL the cars out.
The sky got REAL dark, then we heard this roar rolling up the mountain. So we quickly pushed MRLXSS and WILDUC back into the shed, we literally were getting the arse of WILDUC back in with the HAIL hit (No warning rain) Just instantly started dropping hail... It started as marble size hail... Then quickly grew to Golf ball size, then CRICKET BALL SIZE!!!
Those meteorites fell for a good 10 minutes flat out!
My ute is stuffed, massive dints on every upward facing panel, the windscreen is shattered (9 impact marks)
Maddys UC (gold one) is probably a write off, more damage than the value of the insurance i would say, he windscreen is busted too.
Here is a few pics.
Anyone know the deal with hail damage? Can they be paintless dent removed? These look pretty big and serious!
Oh, and the skylight in the house busted... YAY!

thats pretty rough mate, did the antelope hatch fair up ok or did that cop it too? in one of your facebook vids it looked like it was coping it badly.
The Antelope one faired the best out of them all... Need a new bonnet, but the roof and hatchlid are fine. Same with all the glass. Its got blankets and a car cover over it now...
commodore will need guards, bonnet and turret, I am betting a writeoff sorry.
Yeah Kev, I am thinking the same thing.
The work to get the roof and the dints in the rear qtr straight, would basically mean a full respray would be in order. It's insured with Shannons, so they'll look after me...
I hope i get salvage rights on the ute... It's a sweet car! I love it!

in Bayswater and took all the cars there, When she got it back you would never have known it was perfect,(paintless dent removal) not a blemish. But who knows, I bet they fix it! Spewin Tho. We had not one hail stone in croydon mate.
