saw something very similar to this on the freeway today (syd newcastle F3)

going southbound, 1pmish on the back of a tow truck, wheels were simmons like these, but in silver.

Just seemed eerily similar, had plates on it, but who knows.

Could be nothing, but it just rang a bell after we got a bit down the road (it was heading southbound, we were heading north, passed just into the 90km zone south of mt white weigh station)

Just curious, I stumbled upon this site, it may be another car but looks dam close and if its the same it may be the original owner who took it to this mob

Very similar, but quite different. Few things i noticed:
- bumpers
- door handles
- tank
- exhaust
- tail lights
- Rear SS sticker
and a few more.

Good to see this is still in peoples minds though and they are keeping a lookout for this car.

more than likely not the car in question, but it's not like it would be hard to change the above items.

White and black hatches woujld have to be the most common colour combos on a Hatchback as well.... So it'd be bloody hard to spot it.
