You need to cut it back... Meaning you wet rub it back with like a 1200-1500grit sand paper, then you polish it with a Cutting Compound, then finish with a regular polish.

Assuming thats acrylic yeah?

looks to me like your not putting it down wet enough, back the air off a bit and open the needle up a tad and go a bit slower.
also dont thin the paint down so much.

After you put a thin coat or two on the surface, you should be trying to lay down as much paint as you can with each layer, as in so it is ALMOST dripping, this saves time if you don't frOck up and and it's the way to get the best finish off the gun. But you can get an awesome finish with nearly anything if you polish it right.

Are we talking acrylic? And make sure your thinner ratios are good; more important in final coats than primer, base coats, etc.

open the needle to full material's and maybe hold the gun a little closer trying to get your final 2 coats down as wet as possible, but it would help we knew what the paint was ?? 2k or Acrylic ?? also is the black Saturn or gloss ?? olny asking as it looks a bit dry? oh yeah and clear it and it will look horn Posted Image

what tip size you got in your gun?
you should be using 1.8mm for acyrlic
otherwise it would show the same symtoms as what's described

You don't need to lay a clear over a flat colour, you can just straight rub back and cut them glossy!
