well guess you can't trust everybody... even who you think are your mates... the wiring was neatened up and all completed to start it up and have absolutely no life... so the ECU was tested and it has fryed... this is the second computer that its had... anyway so they put a new unit in and it still wouldn't start... now its got no life at all no lights nothing... seems something has happened with the main body wiring something hasn't been tapped so main story is i'm not going to motorvation this year ;(

oh well gazzanats or something along the lines it is i spose...

Potta he's been watching the build from my shed i used to work with him at Kostecki's some of you may know him he used to own and run Forrestfield Automotives his names Paul. top bloke very knowledgable and good with anything with wheels would recommend to anyone... He built the motor for a Maroony Red Torana i believe that gets in the 9s or 10s i think from memory.

Sounds like you need an auto electrician ? Dont give up man, im sure you wont be the first to pull it apart and start again, least it didnt catch fire !

yeah thats true... paul is good at the electrical side of things but its got him stumped so one of his mates is looking at it on monday... so hopefully its all sorted in a couple of weeks... the exhaust is done... everything else is done just that one thing... then i can drive the frOcking thing after 18 months... haha

Ahhh...I see what you did there......

time to get back on track

progress shot

runs and nearly drives, few small things need to be done map sensor needs replacing and few little pieces on the hydraulic set up

then spray the front

put the interior back in and get new carpet

then Antique Tyres, Show wheel Streeters and 275, and 215's with green walls ahhhhh yeahhhh
