Of course, if we can guarantee 40-50 cars then organising it for a Saturday is just a phone call away, but we really need to collate an entrants list in the next couple of months.ok then, thats fair enough then.... Going on the success of the last one, i thought it would have been easy to get even more cars there this time!
So lets see how it goes
So far we have the folowing entrants who intend on racing
1. 253ToranaSS
2. makka
3. ChiaLX
4. Melz
5. lexa
6. Liam
7. LC-069
8. Stedz lc
9. ME
and hopefully EHGIRL and LXCHEV
Please correct me if I'm wrong on this list.
So C'mon you braggers!, let us know if ya wanna race eh?

Cheers,
Rick.

But i was out with LXCHEV and MAKKA last night and we were chatting about it, and we all thought that if we move it to after new year we would get better numbers and probably a better day.
Mainly because of springnats and everything so close to each other. Also Makka raised the issue of uni exams. November is right in the middle of them, i know most of u guys arent at uni but the few who are might have to pull out at hte last minute.
I know its a long way away, but maybe a Late feb/early march would suit better?
Also combine it with another forums like ausmusclecars and we can get some HOLDEN v Ford battles happening?
Also the weather is really good around then...
And like last time i would want to stay up there the night before/after depending on when we go up....

I certainly agree we should aim for another dedicated forum drag day early next year and max out the place, but in the meantime I think this is a good idea for an unoffical get together for those who can manage it. If you have stuff on and pull out then there is no harm done because there is none of the responsability involved as when we hire out the place. If there are 8 instead of 9 then it'll still be fine.
And for gods sakes Matt, I CAN'T WAIT TILL FEB. I'm dying to try out this car of mine! Did you not think of that, lol.
Peace,

I will aim to head up here for this event, but if i dont make it i wont feel as bad as if we had booked out the place and they were relying on me...
and of course we can always do it again in feb/march!!!!

It was a really good time of year, after the majority of the heat of summer had dispersed.
Unfortunately due to going overseas i cant commit to spending any money! I need spendign money to pain the USA red!!
So! I think March would be a good time to do it again, but again i wont be able to attend. Hopefully it can be worked out though as it would be a great thing to do again!
Cheers
