yeah i like the sound of the 28th!

I agree tiny, if there is a way we can make us forumers stand out a little bit more.... Maybe a bit of that texta paint on the window.... just right your forum name on it, then maybe we have a DYO for Forum members only or something?

Anyway the sooner we get eveyone keen, the sooner i can start to get excited!!!

Maybe we could organise ourselves so that the GMH-T members are easily recognised amongst the others that are invited!

Maybe with some GMH-Torana T-shirts perhaps?

I'm in :rockon: The misses and I are expecting a baby on the 10th of April so no matter how late the baby is(they don't let you go more than 10 days over), I will be free that weekend :spoton:

Ok should i email Joanne back and book the 28th of April 2007?

We really should move fairly quickly to book it in!

And i think we should definitely invite others along, and yeah GMH-T stickers for the cars would be good I'll ask the other admins, but i have quite a few left from the sticker sales, so i might organise some to go down for the member entrants!!

Okay well now the car won't be coming out for a long time now, a little complication has arisen. I'll continue to be a spectator at all the events though, including this.

Maybe the stickers could be apart of the entry fee, Do they come off easy enough (the stickers that is) I think we should c if we can get enough entrys from here before invitin another forum/club. Last time was so much fun! Can u make it tiny? I think we should all chuck in 20 each to get tiny here! I wanna c that hq in action!!

Cant wait i had so much fun last time! i really should go more than once a year tho.... Well this time ill have a few more go fast goodies though.... Auto, Extractors, Holley Fuel Pump, And a 3.55 minispooled 9inch!

Heya Stedz, Thanks for the offer of throwing in to get me down mate, Really appreciate the offer but i couldnt!!

The stickers are just simple vinyl stickers, and they come off glass VERY easily. Theres no drama with that!

matt: Thanks to makka for the offer mate! I'd REALLY love to come down, not only to race the Q but just to catch up with everyone again! even though the car wasnt there last time it was SO much fun!!

Unfortunately heading overseas is a big priority for me next year and ive just gotto do everything i can to make that a big trip! Dont think i'll be doing it again in a hurry!

But as ive said i'll do all i can to help organise the day.

Should i email Joanne and book in April 28th?

Maybe you should put a pole up again to see how many can make it to race and spectate and then book it in if the numbers are there.

I've discussed the option of howard bringing L8 to WSID for a run and he's ruled it out :( sadly i dont think i'll see L8 attack the 1/4 mile!

Who knows.. if things are going super well and weve got stacks of cash saved for USA then i might be able to make it down! But i cant promise and cant commit to it!

Silly question Tiny! Of Course we are!!!!

This one is going to rock the house down! Im going to run a 13, LXCHEV i heard is hooking NOS up and going to run a 10 and there are a heap of other new forums coming to tear up the track!!!

We now have less Drag Racing virgins too, so it will be easier for us newbies to talk others into it!

I say lock it in, that way we can start recruiting!
