In the process of collecting all the bits and pieces to rebuild my front end , have another set of arms and will be replacing bushes from nolathane to rubber cause ive heard of all the horror stories. So whats peoples thoughts ? Pivot points as per upper and lower control arms use rubber , and keep my nolathane for the solid mounts ?

Hey Rob, have you had a close look at the actual bolts condition and checked for fatigue around the bush mounts?
Sometimes over long periods if the nylon bush does not fail the actual bolt starts to wear of the mounting hole starts to crack.

Hi SS hatch back.

I love this car. Just read the tread.
I have a lot of the magazines it has featured in over the years and it has been a big factor in my own build options.
The colours and simmons are a mad combo.

The best part is the history of this car.

What can i say dude.

Cool man..............Cool.........................!

Heres another pic taken of the door repairs that have started , funny how there didnt seem to be much at all but one thing leads to another and before you know it a few little things end up being a few more bigger things :)

Yeah it is Berro, i thought i would try it out and it actually looks ok, the material looks quite real and even has a textured surface, the photo makes it a little lighter in colour than it actually is , its more flat black so doesnt really stand out that much
