Scotty, the run is on Saturday and you need to phone Eliza at the Fest Motel as I believe the numbers for the Saturday night Meet & Greet BBQ are limited to 200.

TRAILER PARKING
For those that will be bringing Car Trailers...
Becuase there is another show on next Sunday as well as Toranafest, we have been granted and area "off street" where we can park Car Trailers and Transporters.
This is so we free up some valuable car spaces in the Foreshore.
What you need to do is;
Enter the normal carpark from the western end,
Off load you car,
You will then be directed to where to go park in the allocated area.
Basically you drive out of the carpark, turn left and go into the next car park and through the gates.
There you will be directed where to park.
At the end of the show, you should be able to drive around the back of the pond and into the main area to load your cars..
The map below will give you an idea.
Just as an idea, can you guys tell me if you are bringing Car trailers so we can get an idea of how many we are looking at?

yesterday was a massive effort. Among other things we managed to pack 250 Goody Bags! Here is a sneak peak...
and this years T Shirt...
There is a small amount of Ladies and Kids sizes available, so on the day, you better be quick..

come on on youll get to meet some SPECIAL PEOPLE LIKE ME at bbq lol i think the cruise is at 230 pm but not sure just get there at 1 pm and you should be right also i think to let i think pete know you are coming on the cruise cheers

No gates, free admission and most cars will be in the display area by 'bout 9am.
Get there a tad early and just sit back and listen to the sweet sound of classic Toranas
Doesn't get much better than that
