I just had a call from a very pleased new father,
Even though his new girl is green, he still loves her!

Thank you all for your well wishes.
I was a bit worried about how the external oil pick up would work,i needn't have, i just filled the filter, put some oil in the fitting on the pump,wound it over with no spark plugs,got oil pressure in about 6>7 seconds.

Screwed the plugs in and fired it up,the helpers didn't arrive on time so i fired it up any way,after three and a half years i couldn't wait any longer.
After a few coughs and bangs i had it running,its a lively little sucker,i think it will go half allright???

Only interior trim and glass to go now.

The boss took about 11 minutes of video,if i can work how to put on here, i will do so???
