Wayne
I must thank Danny and your self very much for the privilege of haveing a steer of your prized possesion at T/Fest
it was an absolute blast, and those thoughts did cross my mind, one hell of a lot of fun..
Once again thank you...
And i hope your on the mend?

Glad you enjoyed the short stint behind the wheel Wayne, Danny knows my philosophy about the car being for fun, within reason I dont mind who drives the thing so long as they have fun.
It's designed for enjoyment anyway be it the viewing public or mates having a go.
Thanks for asking about my health. The arm although a long way from being useful again is the least of my worries :)The physio on my shoulder is going very well.
The toxins have left my legs and they are on the mend.
This leaves the heart problem....I have fluid around my heart and its of some concern to all. It may be that I get a heart operation sooner than expected but we are giving some tablets a run first. It looks like I will be back at the heart specialist sooner than anticipated and we will know more then. Until then I continue to fight the good fight but its kinda hard and very exhausting running continually on empty. Danny comes around often to lift my spirits
Cheers
Al.

Bout time you put some piccys up Wayne! Saves you having to carry them around and we can all have a looky loo on here!
I thought they looked like air con lines too! It must be the oil cooler lines. Were you running a remote mount filter?, just looks like both the black sheathed lines on the left hand side go to one point?
Gotta love flared LJs

Both these cars were bought of ebay about 3 yrs ago, the blue one is the one being rebuilt, the yellow car is the donor.Blue car was supposedly a good body until I started paint stripping it, it turned out to be a nightmare.Full of bog and bodgy repairs.End up being a full ground up resto, still in progress.
The yellow car had a 179HP block with a 202 crank, a Celica 5 speed steelcase gearbox,GTR dash, SAAS race seats, half rollcage, full harness seatbelts.
A source of good bits.
