Hi All

just letting you all know that we have sold out of the first batch of Tonneau Floor Covers for the hatch.

We may do another batch but we will require pre orders, with deposits ($50). Once we have enough orders we will make the new batch.

If you would like to pre ordre a set, email me at [email protected]

cheers
Mick

Same as LH/LX grilles, everyone wants a new one, but they will never be reproduced I am told from many resto parts suppliers.

Thanks Guys for the kind words about the parts. I do appreciate it.

Dave,
sorry we didn't catch up at Bathurst. It was, to say the least a very fast moving four days!

Not sure if I will be going to Bathurst for a few years however, if you're over for Toranafest, Let me know!

Hatch is coming along. The Panel Beater had a few weeks off over Xmas and is now just starting to get back into it. Once I have some more pics, I will post them up.

cheers
Mick

Never say never so many parts have been made in the last few years that I thought would never be made. Rare Spares has release over 1300 parts in the last two years .
we have about 370 parts on the go at the moment , unfortunately not LH LX grilles or consoles but you never know thing may change.

maybe you could halve the amount and spend that time and money getting the current stock right.

Hard to be a fan Les, you provide a great and much needed servive and you certainly charge a premium price for that. Your right to do so.

But some of your parts leave a bit to be desired. Could you please answer my question in the Rare Spares thread regarding the window locking strip and corner pieces.

G'day mick
Was reading through your forum and I see back last year A9X asked if you had made any tan or chestnut pinch weld? Just seeing if you did and if so do you still have some or make it? Re doing my lh which is interior code 66x

Hi Troy
We won't be doing the Tan Pinchweld any time soon due to other projects.

I actually thought that Rares had done this colour.

That is very kind of you Les - kudos as a result.
I hope RSP feel the same way about two door belts ruined because they wouldn't snap-home on the vinyl side of the door tops - revealed they weren't locked in only when the window was wound up/down and then became all buckled. The clips work a treat on the non-vinyl side but (unfortunately) not so well on the vinyl side).
I've e-mailed RSP via their website and loo forward to a positive response re: warranting the parts and suggesting how better to make them fit/secure.
Cheers, TB

Those LH SL/R door belts are working a treat. Feels like a new car every time I wind up and down any window in the car. Think of you every time I wind the windows up and down. Sorry but I've got nothing but praise for the good stuff Les does.
