Keith, give Gerry a bell mate. Obviously, we don't want every tom dick & harry knowing where the cars are overnight. I don't know myself, just plan on following Gerry:- 0416 822 303. I have your number in my phone, I'll ring you when we hit Campbelltown (sp??).

Program (Sunday Only, dunno what the go is Saturday, presume qualifying morning and Race 1 all cats in the afternoon)
1. 0855 Hello & Welcome
2. 0900 Club Parade - Tan Group ---> Pit Straight is Red, looks tan but not.
3. 0915 Harry Firth Trophy for Group N Toranas
4. 0940 Heritage Hot Laps - Demo 1
5. 0955 Master Blast 1
6. 1015 Group N (Biante) - Race 2
7. 1040 Club Parade - Pink Group
8. 1105 Group Nc - Race 2
9. 1130 Group C & A - Race 2
10. 1155 Club Parade - Green Group
11. 1210 Group Nb & Na - Race 2
12. 1235 Heritage Hot Laps - Demo 2
13. 1250 Master Blast 2
14. 1305 Group N (Biante) - Trophy Race
15. 1335 Club Parade - Purple Group
16. 1350 Group Nc - Trophy Race
17. 1420 Club Parade - Blue Group
18. 1435 Group C & A - Trophy Race
19. 1505 Heritage Hot Laps - Demo 3
20. 1520 Master Blast 3
21. 1540 Groups Nb & Na - Trophy Race
22. 1610 Club Parade - Grey Group
23. 1625 Closing & Farewell

A pretty full program.

For those displaying with the Canberra Torana Club, you will be expected to do a shift with the cars on display at some stage during the day, i.e. don't park it and piss off.

Keith, got the sender fixed mate. Precision Instruments in Dickson here. Had it done in 2 hours. Went back to tell him to take his time as I located a spare working sender from Gerry, but too late, he'd already fixed it.

Fingers crossed now for some good weather. Last year was a top event on possibly the most miserable day wev'e seen here in Sydney for some time.

Keith, yup, in the bat phone.

The worse weather on the UK site is mostly cloudy, so weather is looking AOK at this stage. Still long term predictions, although I've found em pretty reliable in the past.

I think Yella has made it pretty clear he is not going to tell the world where they are all staying for obvious reasons. As for who is taking their cars, I'm going along with about 20 cars from our club.

Anyone with A9X's and L34's who aren't on my mailing list and may want to attend, slip me an email as our club may have some spots left.

Excuse my ignorance about this event but is it only open to a9x`S and l34`s.

Not sure Keith?
I was only asking about LC/LJ`s as there has been no mention of them anywhere in this thread attending the Sunday event...

I'll have my black chequered CTC shirt on, although if hot, may change to the white one during the day. Unfortunately the Forum shirt is still at the embroidery place and won't be available to next week, it's getting some Yella bits on it.

Bah, while pink bits are good, they are not directly comparable to Yella bits. Pink bits on your shirt in public can lead to a night in the slammer.

Clothing, so we can find fellow forumers at the event.

Not sure what the secret handshake is but perhaps we can develop one on Saturday night  For the purpose of confidentiallity i will have a secret question and answer :D Q: Who is the greatest rock band in the world. A: ACDC :spoton: Will see if i can organise some treats for anyone that gets it right.

Very funny Craig.

Wouldn't dream of it, but home in bed atm with the flu, hoping to shake it by the weekend. Tried to get to work today, but only lasted a few hours. Never say how good it is not to have had the flu this winter, because before you know it......
