Bought a spot weld drill, Already went blunt unfortunatly prob got to hot.
Made a support for when i take out the front guards (just incase) Just a bit of angle i found with some flat welded on the ends. Just used a bolt saves welding it up.
NEW BITS:
(left and right)
Hopefully getting a new welder soon to finish the floor and what not and borrow a spot welder.

ANYWAYS today found more rust which pisses me off, Plus i have to get up at 3am to go to henty field days.
Hopefully one day that will happen.

I am pretty sure Aussie Restos at sunny coast are the ones doing those - I am going to get some for my LC when I have a few $ lying around next.

hooly crap your into it well and good. your inspiration is inspiring me with car look choice. the sprint masters look good with the red black on the 4 door. havnt been much a fan of the 4 door gtr look alike but looking at it now i like it alot. keep it up man your doing a good job.
Thanks mate, i was originaly going to keep my car sort of original style with the crome strips white roof, then i figured it was my car and i could do what ever the hell i wanted. Saw a couple of 4 doors with the flutes etcetc and liked the idea and here i am.
Did some crap on the pillar and the other rear floor.
Gonna wait to see what dad thinks cause im a nice child. Might pull the whole thing off and get rid of all the rust underneath....Doesnt seem to be to much though but we will wait and see.
Plowed it out/vacumd got no fish oil or anything though so ill wait for some of the to tip down it like i did on the front.
The trusty guard dog. (jack russel cross...something) (have 3 of the stupid things)

Just need to do a few more minor things, thinking about buying some panel beating tools if anyone has a prefered brand of brands to not even touch would be great.
slow progess is slow.

as for panel beating tools, i have toledo hammers and dollies and a few home made bits and pices like a slap stick which is a bent file to strike on the dolly with. someone will probably have their preffered tools as i'm not specialised in panel beating by any means haha.
imo the slapstick and the right shaped dolly will fix near anything and is easy enough to use.
anyway keep up with the good work
