What size SU's are on the LJ Torana Craig,
because if they are 1 3/4 ones and with the Cams Book, we could tell how well they went,
and put the information into the 1 3/4 SU thread. Dave I

Appreciate that people like you enjoy,
I was gunna scrap this thread after the XU1 threads that were closed, why share with scum bags, but this shows them bodgy pricks that real cars exist, and they should get of there asses and find them !!
Same potta,i could have bought one a few years ago for $1,500
Dave ,i did not value the cams books as he was a no body,i,m regretting looking further as it had a XU1 front suspension and booster, probably should have looked in boot.
Blown308 not sure about price.
Found this HG350 sitting in front yard,i took pictures of it years ago, when it was restored and now sits in a front yard with gear box out of it for years. Not sure if I've already shown it.Bet you could not leave a car like this for long in sydney, its been like this for over 5 years now.

Wouldn't it be great if you could go to Rares and buy a kit in a big box and take it home and put it together like in that pic?

Hi Craig,
Yes it would be fantastic to buy cars this way, might catch on one day, only problem,i would not be rich enough to buy one, lol.
Hi Az,
The Kingswood was a gem of a stocker, looked like it had a lick of paint many years ago, rust free pearler.
Here are a few for my artistic watcher, might get a few ideas.
Looks like I've been spotted.
Here come the back up.
Poor old dack dack seen better days, probably no rust though,

Yard art is getting more popular, people have some cool relics. The Beatle has great patina & only needs a clear coat !! I'd have it as my daily driver.
The mini is a sweet little unit was it an old racer ? Nice F1 pick up as well.

That white LJ 2 door on previous page, some fella marched up to him with 15k,i thought that was way to much.
Yeah probably 5-8k too much I reckon depending on whether that rust at the front is all of it which I doubt.
I guess it depends how bad you want something and how much you have to spend.

Probably not that exciting but ill share what i found the other day.
Iv been wrecking out several commodores this year to make a few extra bucks and the tilt tray used to pick up wrecks had shit itself so went and dragged latest victom to the scrap yard
On arrival found this, was not leaving this here.
Found a rusty 1971 build HG Ute, very rusty thou. Did get griill bumper and few small bits.
Defo not a saver :(
If you thought that was rusty check out the FC? correct me if wrong.
The Grill looked ok and passengers gaurd was mint, no rust in headlight surround or lower gaurd. Did save wiper motor but thats all i got a dont have any use for early holden stuff and day after photos taken all except HQ rear was crushed and loaded onto truck to go to Newcastle.
Cant save them all but some parts off to a better place.

Hi John,
The bridge is straight across the road from my house, not far from Tamworth,i look at it every day,and yes i love it to.
No trains use it anymore, but it looks cool.
Hey Neil,
thanks for sharing, the FC sun visor is worth a few bucks.

Old ACT rego label from around 1989 if I'm not mistaken. Perhaps the old Monaro doesn't see the road that much, if at all these days.
