Had a great day last saturday for my birthday, visited a friend with these fast cars, the lambo sounded unreal.like a formual one car.
He let me drive the Maserati and i had no idea of the turbo Ferrari power plants performance, about a third throttle and near spun her out,but after a minute or so adjusted my foot and power slide around the place, what a fun time that was, these things are unbelievable. My friend had his feet planted very heavily into the passages floor pan, lol.
Spotted this torana yesterday,i,ve seen this car come through town for many years, but never been close enough to have a look, the local NRMA have it,i feel sorry for the owner, the best thing he can do is get it as far away from these f%@K heads as possible, the head mechanic took 2 years to finally tune his 253,and tells people.
An old EK

Got a look at the SLR,s I.d and she is a real 5000,unfortunately the engine number is not from the factory, the owner sent it in with a leaking carby and the head mechanic just had to pull dizzy apart a frock the whole show, been there for a week, and its been coughing and farting around town, bloody hill billy, the should stick to 1950,s tractors.
What a shit week weather wise, but Saturday started frosty and turned into a great sunny day, with a real barn find,up a few goat tracks never roamed before.

Wow, what a find, sad to think of it just sitting there like that.. It was built to carry a family. and that's what it deserves to do... would love to see what happens to this car...... cheers Craig, you never cease to amaze me with your finds..

Been bloody freezing Dane,
Wish it was craig,
Hi Ian,
The old wagon did its job,one owner carted family around till they left home, then sadly over the years the car out lasted the owner, then the wife left it in the shed till sadly time caught up with her,and now the whole place is up for auction.Wish i had the space and money, the car has no visible rust and i hope it is advertised correctly so family benefit from the sale,i,ll be looking closely as i may be able to afford it.
It amazes me what is still out here,as rust does not really happen, only if rats piss gets under rear seats etc.
I still know of our favourite 2 doors tucked away as well, owned by single elderly ladies etc. They keep them in memory of their loved ones, which is nice.

Got a call recently to an invite only car show,so we took the little orange fella for all to see.He ended up getting top holden on the day, with flaking paint on tail light surrounds, lol. The show had some high quality cars of all makes, sorry i was slack for pictures, took a few at start ,but then became very busy talking shit and forgot to take photo,s for you all.
I loved this replica Torana and a classic Corvette

Just got back to Adelaide from Bright (Vic) after a holiday and saw so many car collections in the farm paddocks.
Also saw a lot of shitter ef-au foulcans sitting everywhere like trash.

Hi Baron,
A friend recently returned home from down that way, and said the same thing about those stinky foulcans, don,t know why they would keep them, maybe its like having garlic around your neck, keeps everyone away.
Thanks Dane,
The little fella is still shinny after 20 plus years since painted, was very happy with the award, plenty of quality Holdens in the next section of the building.

Thanks mate,
I think skap gave me that name a few years back, the one i had was crap,i,d just learned how to use a computer, and probably took a long time to find the buttons, this place has taught me a lot.
Spotted these old steel pedal cars and tractor yesterday in a pile of stuff.
saw these 2 painted ones in a local shop
