Craig,its a fella i knows car,

It was his fathers that passed away a few years ago and had it stored up here in the dry country,we had a good old yarn about the old val,it was great to see his love for the car ,and memories of his father and him collecting wood etc together.

Used jumper leads and a bit of fuel down carb, and bang ,she breaths again.Cars kept in families have so many memories.

Hi Ian,

I love dirty old cars, wish you could clear over dust, lol.

More pics from swap soon.

Found a new home for a couple of rusty Holdens, old mate wanted me to have a look at his monaro.

So i went to his place, he bought this monaro of a fella that sold it to him as a HT 6 cylinder, the new owner figured it was a HK which he thought was a 6 cylinder, boy did i give him some good news.He also scored it for $2,500.

My whole town is,except me lol.

This place was a real shock moving from Sydney years ago,you can leave your keys in car, on main street, with your wallet on dash.I see cars with windows down on main street over night, not much gets stolen, but when Mrs Smith terracotta pots got taken from front veranda it made front page of newspaper.

Good stuff.

I reckon the green bonnet on your trailer would be perfect for Ginos van.

And the Z50 is cool as.

Is it yours now?

Hi Skap,I've been busy doing other stuff, but yeah that would look sweet hanging out bonnet.

Hi Gene ,thats the motor for my boat, but i,m always distracted doing other stuff, and never seem to finish anything, lol.

Hi Craig ,The bonnet is disgusting, but would fit Gene,s van,and the Z50 is in Sydney now.

This is the unfinished boat,i worked at a boat shop, and made this one after hours, basically from a 44 gallon drum of resin, the supplier told me i would not get away with the loins head as the red would bleed into the white gel coat,i proved him wrong.Made the trailer to suit, but not finished either.

I'm pretty sure that purple tank fairlane used to belong to a mate of mine.

Sad to see it so neglected...it was a barrel of fun when it was on the road.

It did have a truly ugly custom front though.

Found this new old tyre, luckily it,s under cover and not to damaged from the sun,I,m thinking of finding some of that wacky tobacky, rolling a huge joint, get stoned as a maggot, like i did when i was young and stupid, stare at this tyre for hours on end, till i find a small mark in tyre moulding, and start claiming that its a "special race tyre" for  XU1,s, and all the other ones are fake!!

Sorry if people don,t understand this comment, only people following the XU1 threads will understand,if you have not been following these threads,do yourself a favour and don,t start now!!

Cool way to spend your RDO.

If you see that fella with the Tank again, ask if he wants to sell it.

My buddy wouldn't mind getting it back.
