Don't worry about the website listing. With the Council of ACT Motor Clubs, the current email list and published list is also many years old. I'm sure they will get around to updating it eventually. I suspect the same deal with the Vic one.
Rumour was that they were going to introduce the 90 day permits quite swiftly, Easter 2007 doesn't sound too swift. Can't wait till they introduce it, cause we will use it to put pressure on the dudes in the ACT/NSW to bring it in here as well.

When does the LX's rego run out, Knoath?
Stick it on CH plates now and instantly get the 90 day scheme in seven odd months. That's what I'll be doing.
Okay it ain't perfect, but you cut your insurance down heaps and the whole thing costs like $90 or $100 as is, even if it doesn't get as much use as you'd like, that's the cost of a single bloody tank of petrol these days
Anyway, you can still take it out now and then, and most importantly, you get to take it to the good places where passionate enthusiasts are there to appreciate the beast!
What you don't get to do is drive it down to the shops where there is a risk of some bgucktard coming up and defacing it.
