What is HQ centre bore size?

What is HQ centre bore size? Should they be a snug fit? I looked at some Mags for HQ studs and the centre bore sizes were all over the place..

Ideally, all rims should be centre bore located. The vehicle hub is designed to carry the vehicle weight, the studs are only to hold the rim to the brakes. The HQ centre bore is 71.5 MM, same as XC on Falcon.
