Hey guys just another thread about naming your builders, to help everyone else out. I'm yet to find a decent diff builder in QLD.

I had some people recommend Craft and he was expensive and unhelpful (maybe having a bad day) then i stumbled upon kreative enterprises and was very impressed with the work.

This is where my current 9" 31 spline detroit and moser axles came from - I was very happy with his service and knowledge.

Was QPAAC good mate? I always considered them.

Oh and Mat, if you don't mind me asking how much did that set you back?

Oooh, going back a few years - I snapped my previous old 28 spline axles back in 2005 so these prices from QPAAC are 6 years old but I seem to recall the brand new 31 spline detroit locker centre with 4:11 gears, bearings and and carrier was aound the $1300 to $1400 and then another $1300 or something for Moser sinlge piece axles with bearings and long wheel studs.

Can't remember the guys name but he seemed to really know his stuff and his brand new workshop was awsome. Long drive for me from the Southside though.

The 4th and 5th are the people pushing when the 3rd member breaks?

The best diff shop I have used so far, highly recommended.

Diff Technics
27 Production Avenue
Kogarah, NSW 2217
Sydney Australia
(02) 9587 9282

I had a negative experience with Craft Differentials as well.

I dropped off the car with a blown Banjo and an LSD Center and asked they fit the centre, rebuild the diff and to call me if they needed any more parts.

I got a call the next day saying they had rebuilt the diff however the LSD was going to be too much work so they didn't fit it

I arrived to find a rebuilt Banjo, a $650 Bill, a stripped axle stud and my LSD centre missing.

After a few hours of hunting they found my LSD centre that had been "misplaced" and were extremely hostile in providing a reason for rebuilding the Banjo without the LSD centre and without telling me before completing the work.

Needless to say will never go back there.
