just to update from the Original welcome post.

If there is anything that you think Rares should be making post it here in this thread. If you see something suggested that you agree with, make sure you say so.
Be sure to search the Rares catalogue to make sure they don't already make it. And it DOESN'T have to be for torana (although we will hold it against you)

After a page or so i might collate it into a list.

I wouldn't mind:

1. LH/LX complete boot floors
2. LH/LX original boot vinyl mats
3. LH/LX/UC original sun visors
4. LH/LX/UC mud flaps

i reckon rares would do well if they made a torana lower cowel rust repair section how many bloody lh/lx/uc toranas are rusted there

i would imagine the repro monaro guards are ht,g,

so it would be nice to have a hk pressing to weld into bottom of these guards to convert to hk.

LH/LX lower gear selector rubber boot to suit M21. Currently rares only do the upper one that sits in the cabin. I have one that can be used to make a repro from.

Rares did have lower boot modelled off an NOS item I forwarded about 2-3 years ago. They may have none left now??

If its an LX we have kit GSB1001A which is both upper and lower or the lower on its own to suit LH LX is gsb1014

Thanks for that Baron and Bigcav, good to hear. I last enquired when Rares was in Phillip, so yeah, I figure it was in excess of three years that I was last on the hunt. Have one in reasonable condition from a wreck now, but may still buy a new one.

Chrome interior light fittings, both cabin(rectangle) & hatch (round)-Not just the lenses.
Early LX bonnet cable.(round head with car picture)

Agree with Tyre Biter, CHROME WINDOW SURROUNDS!
For the hatch and sedan. And some of those plastic clippy things to fit the surrounds to.

Early LX bonnet cable.(round head with car picture)

I just got in a few weeks ago every single cable from hq-wb and lc-lh to remake all the different variations

I am struggling to find an LX cable tho, iv even asked on here and had no luck, every LX iv found has been missing the cables and everyone i find for sale they advertise it as a lh-lx and cant tell me exactly which model it came from

so if anybody has a sample that would be great

Not a Torana part, but wondering whether there are any plans to do the 'Holden' decal for the rear of VR/S Commodore SS?
All the SS ones are reproduced, but needs this one to complete the look.

i just want to clarify, it appears the genuine catalogues might be incorrect, after looking at a number of vr and vs ss's they both appear to have the same decal even tho the catalogue and image above make it look like the vs uses a different badge
