The only problem with this is the water will be directed under the car and not away from the car with that type of tread pattern if you just swap left rim for right rim. Those tyre's in question can only be fitted to the proper corner they were designed for.
Yeah i noticed the tread pattern after i posted that... I guess it would be fine, grip wise, but like you said, debris/water would get thrown under the car rather than outside of the car.. if you dont do much driving in the wet then i cant see any problem, but then again, its not my car so its up to you etorana.
