Graham that car is amazing. Just a question. The rubber inserts on the bumper (front) is that a rare spares item and if so what do you think of them?
Cheers,
Phillip

I have got to say that this rebuild is a credit to Graham and I am waiting for the the day when we both have our hatches displayed together.

This car is certainly going to turn some heads, and Leakey you are justified in being a little green (yellow) with envy...

This car is immaculate!!

Graham, my hats off to you and I can't wait for the rest of the rebuild..

cheers

Your mate
Mick

Hi Graham, Good work mate. I assume that you have used acrylic paint. How many coats of colour has been applied and was there clear used, if so how many coats. Also what black was used on the black outs and surrounds.

My son and I have finally commenced working on the LX that I brought from you. I hope that ours turns out as good as yours.

Cheers John

not sure how many coats but 12 litres of acrylic yellow was used.he didnt use any clear at all. the black and the tan paint was bought from holden, they were the only ones that knew the formula once i gave them the paint code. hope the lx turns out good for you.

cheers graham
