Gee that is so nice.

Was that the car from SA?

By the way, did you fit the chrome/locking strip to the window seals yourself?

Did you use a lubricant for the installation with the glazer's tool?

I still need to do mine but I am concerned the tool will bind up etc.

Any tips.

Darky, the more lubricant the better as this will stop your tool binding up! :D

Oh maaaaate! She's so nice.

I hope you dont mind, I sent Monica, the last owner before me, a pic. "OMG" was her reply.

She told me she has another hatch in the shed....but with petrol being so pricey these days, that big 5ltr V8 would cost a fortune to run....
....and I probably wouldnt like this one so much, as it is red with those ugly stripes too.

I cant wait to see your hatch in the flesh, and give you a big slap on the back. What a job mate, what an epic!

When I do pop over, I'll bring this with me, to fill in the hole in the dash. Its brand spanking.

Speak to you soon.

- Leakey

PS - I'm yanking your chain about the other hatch!!!!!!! :tease:

^ LOL.

Hey that carpet fits well around the seat area and all those finicky spots by the looks of it, was it much trouble lining it up?

Congratulations Graham

The members on the forum know the quality and dedication you have put into rebuilding your SS. :spoton:

No surprise to us but I reckon a few people at the show would have been asking where the hell did your car come from (after seeing it in the flesh).

You might as well tell Mick (sstorana) to engrave your name on most original lx 2 door for toranafest 2009, you're got to be the favourite.

Good on you, enjoy the limelight you've earnt it.

Mick.
