Regards confirming wiring it is a little hard to confirm 100% as you have not added relay terminal numbers : EG 87, 85 ect
The Blue wire may be a circuit from the oil pressure switch that is wired into the fuel pump circuit. ???
The only Blue/Red wire i can see is from the DIS to the ECU - Crank ref low circuit quite importand circuit if that is the wire?
I recommend - Refer to the PDF doc of the Trouble codes and wiring diagram i posted earlier in this thread & compare.
But your wiring may be a bit different as it depends on what was done during the conversion.
Regards removal of the harmonic balancer to replace the crank angle sensor - this requires a Puller & 3 long bolts. The bolts go into the windows of the balancer. They are metric from memory with a 10mm bolt head - so proably a 5 or 6mm bolt ?
Attached is a picture of the tool required. I can not think of a easy to remove with out a puller. It can even take a bit of effort to remove the balancer bolt.
