i will use this as the preferred section for all info to do with the forum drag day rather than the post in drag racing
as mentioned above sat 22/10/2011 as soon as this is confirmed we get underway.this is the earliest date available so we will all have plenty of time to save our money and finish our cars.
it will come quickly enough .

yes i can confirm saturday the 22//10/2011 is our day.i will endeavor to get all info up in the next week re rules and regs ,payments cutoff dates etc etc
please seeing as we have some time up our sleeves if you think your car can go under 12 secs please go and have a couple of runs as you will be required to get an andra licence.
obviuosly if it is a new untested car you will be cut some slack but it will be your 1 and only warning for the day so if you are unsure please find out before oct to save yourself the grief ,face it slowing down half way thru a run would be pretty lame .drag racing is not about having to slow down and you want be able to go hard all day without any worries.also time to start chasing your co-pilots.

ill just let the list build for now, we have a couple of weeks up our sleeves. i cant do much until after easter anyway with bathurst getting my car ready,and it looks like the usual photo finish so dont let this happen to you.we have till october but it will be here before we know it.

count me and dad in last year was an awsome day we really got to get a feel of the car as we just finished it a few weeks prior to the day. all up my dad and i got 18 runs compared to a wednesday night 3 or 4 runs
