you will need to be there before 7.30 am and we will be closing the gate so to speak at 9 am so we can go inside .it is up to you to make sure you are there so no getting wiped out the night before but if its a good reason like a trailer problem or the like you can contact me on a number i will post the night before.if you are running late you must let me know.
as we will have to get your clearance to enter.please try to get organised the night before if possible so you can just get up and go.remember the quicker we get the passes and scrutiny out of the way the quicker we can get on track.
Concerning the rain i remember reading if its cancelled first thing then all money is returned and part returned if its cancelled prior to lunch and after lunch then no returns. If it is cancelled first thing i think just get a new date and hopefully all can attend rather than hand all money back and take it again when another date is confirmed ? Im sure with enough notice most would be able to make it.

So, we're meeting at 7.30am at the main competitor gate - cool.
The cancellation policy relating to inclement weather appears to be mainly at the discretion of the SD Meeting Director.
In the unlikely event that its pissing down and the forecast looks bleak, we can also request cancellation ( but not within 48 hours of the event ).
Sounds reasonable to me, let's roll !!

yep thats exactly right we meet where we did last year.
yeah we have to accept it i dont like to think about rain in fact it scares the shitter out of me but what can we do.

So just to confirm (sorry if this is stupid) but coming from the highway, we dont go in the "Main" entrance (first one on the right) but rather drive the extra 100m up the road and meet in the little carpark where we have in the past?
