At this stage it's my Mrs, Nathan & myself going in my car so i have spare passes if they are needed. What's the go with support vehicles, i'd feel better if my Mrs could bring my ute in with tools, spare tyres etc as my car is such a POS i'm worried about getting stranded if something goes wrong with it.
All will be fine Matt just bring your family, your car and a phone, the rest will happen.
If any body needs passes i have some to spare.

Rob, thank you so much for organizing everything. Always a tough job and it's very much appreciated.
Tiny, what was your cars best time today?

My car did a 13.919 - best time ever. 98.95mph best speed ever.
Car was missing up high and still went very well.
I got some AVGAS and it was either a bit old or Webers were affected via jetting or fuel pressure.
Anyway had lots of fun. Great to see everyone and their amazing cars.
Videos to come.
Hot tired and now beer time

Nice to see a smile on your face Matty, after all the trials and tribulations with that car, mate it was a pleasure to help you get it up and running.
Im pretty happy with my 15.780, the Gadget was having fuel starvation problems, and my first time at this straight line caper.
Thanx to Tiny and Matt for their help with the fuel pump.
Thanx to Rob 350 hatch for organising a great day

So the next few hours were spent ripping out the axles and centre, new centre in, sourcing some new axles from Matt and Belinda and putting the whole thing back together to get a few runs in before the day was up. The 30 degree temps werent helping the situation but it was all back together and I managed a few runs before packing up for the day.
Axles -

Me hard at work -

I was running around the mid 15s every run I had. Best of 15.5 for the day which I was happy about seeing I was babying it a little.
Massive thanks to Matt and Belinda (LH SLR 3300 + Mrs LH SLR 3300) for assisting me in sourcing the parts required to get my car back on the road. Cant thank you guys enough for taking the time out of your day to get me the diff. You guys are absolute legends!
Also a big thanks to Keith for his assistance in getting it back on the track. He wasnt even racing and still got his hands dirty!
Even though I spent most of the day watching my car sit on stands, it was still a great day. Met some new people and enjoyed the company of everyone there!
Top job Rob on organizing the event. Was a massive success even though it seemed to be a day of trouble for a lot of cars lol.

Shame about the heat tho
My first run was 11.66 @116mph so .06 slower than my best but I was 2mph faster so hopefully it will pick up time on a cooler day!!
Just some gearbox issues now we keep losing 3rd and it was going nowhere in 1st
