just an update bank details coming on the 1/9 hope you have all been sorting your cars and organising your andra licences if you have an under 12 sec weapon.the list is growing steadily and hopefully no one will have to miss out.please be sure to go back a few pages and read the regs so you know how everything works.you dont want to find out on the day that you cant ride because of something silly.
payments received will generate the official list and these must be received in full .its not that i dont want to help but it might get messy with part payments everywhere.however i am a good listener and if any one has a really genuine hard luck story there are solutions to everything but this isnt to be taken advantage of.
please do not hesitate to contact me with any questions none are stupid we want this to go as smoothly as possible.its our day.
the only thing really left to do is pray for weather like we have had for the last few days.and on that subject october will bit a tad warmer than our last drag day in july so make sure all those cooling systems are in good nic its amazing how hot the cars get with all the stop ,start, waiting and the amount of runs we get etc.

yeah ive sent an email requesting the services of motorsportfotos.com the same mob as last year they did an awesome job and were really good blokes .as soon as i hear back from them ill let you all know what the go is.

Thanks Lee , I have a loop in mine and i did think it was only for slicks but asking for a mate who has a capri and running et streets..

Rob, Ive sent a email to them just asking the question so there is no confusion , will post it up when i hear something..

ok email i got back from Christine@Syd dragway says that loop only required for slicks

Going by the details posted along time ago it was $200 for car and driver and an extra $50 for the 2nd driver so $250 all up

yes $200 for the driver $50 for the copilot. photography will be done by the same people just had it confirmed and the price of this will be confirmed in the next few days

yeah 22/10/11 all the info is somewhere back there ill try to drag it out to this end.nothing has changed im just waiting for confirmation today hopefully from the video bloke as to his price i have the photographers price as soon as i get this it will go up.
but without pics you are looking at $200 for yourself and $50 for your copilot
at this stage it looks like the same team to do the same kit as last year ie dvd of your day will be around $60 per entry @ a minumum of 40 cars but im sure you will agree this is well worth it these blokes arent amateurs their work was top quality high res stuff.
this amount may change up or down by a small amount depending on subscription.
so atm if you want to pay it will be as follows
you $200
codriver $50
dvd $60
$310
we have until the end of the month to let the picture and film blokes know their subscription rates if this is not high enough then either the price goes up between the remaining people that want them or we have to go without.

This was last years just for a reference:

Cost:$245 to enter your car to race with 1 driver, And additional $50 to PRE NOMINATE a Second Driver. (SO total cost for 2 drivers $295).
This cost Covers:
Entry for the driver, 5 passes for Spectators, and a car pass for a tender vehicle.
Still Photography by professional Motor Sport Photographers- DVD of your images sent to all entrants
Videography of the day - Edited video sent to all entrants on DVD
Small trophies for the Bracket Winner/s.
All remaining money will be donated to GMH-Torana.com.au Forum for hosting/running costs.
