has anyone had any experience with ITB's?
if so, what size TB's would you recommend for an ITB setup on a 308?

I have one (see pics) it is off a 5L V8 super car and its throttle body size is 2 inches. hopes this helps

i would suggest a CSA equal to that of the port.

but theres probably more to it than that, like distance from valve, rpm, blah blah blah...

yeah, I was thinking the same way as you Brett, and I have also been looking at how cheap I can get a couple of sets of motorbike throttlebodies.........

Love the manifold LHEFI, where didi you come across that? how much? where do the injectors go? under the runners?

I got it through a mate who does some work for some of the V8 teams. You're correct about the injector they are underneth the runners. It is also really light being made of magnesium. The first time I picked it up I almost trhew itover my shoulder. They go for about $3K whch also includes all the linkages whcih is about the same price and the comeracing ones go for. You can alos buy a simliam rom harrops which go for about $8500.
