Gday all,

Whilst working on the Torana this week, I removed the panel that goes down from the bonnet latch to the bottom of the front. Underneath the bolt in the thread I noticed a bright blue colour that looks like it is below the green paint/undercoat the car is currently covered in. I'm wondering if this might be the original paint. Comparing it with the LC Exterior colour chart I have it looks rather like 'Mirage Blue' or maybe 'Tunisian Turquoise' . Does anyone have any pictures of a car in either of those colours?

Looks like the Turquoise from the pics.

If you post up the paint code someone will be able to tell you what it should be.

Yeah car has no tags. All attempts to trace the history have stopped with the previous owner, who can't find the previous owners details.

I've had a look on old Holden at the HK/T/G paint gallery, but I don't feel the colour looks like either of the above. Of course it is hard to tell from pictures.
