Hahahaha, nah... Just don't like doing things twice, so I try my best to do it right the first time!

Great to see you back here to Anton, I was secretly hoping that when you would see the pics on FB, it would get you keen again!!!!

I should have used the term Donk instead. That's more blokey.

Nah plenty of room there..just get rid of the brick :tease: hey also..i think i can see a few imperfections on that header closeup too so ya might need to strip/primer/fill then paint it again.. :P

Havnt had much time to spend in the shed lately with work n holidays n drinking beer n stuff.

But the K-Frame is all back together. Didn't need to compress the springs either, they are Low Pedders springs. I've left everything loose ish until it gets some weight back onto it all.

Still gotta buy some new brake rotors. Any suggestions? Just stock rotors is fine, not slotted.

Next job is repaint the engine bay.... Dammit...

Also found the new shocks were just a smidgen to large to fit through the hole in the lower arm. Wish I knew that before I painted em... Had to pull the dremel out.

I had to do the same with my lower arms too to get the Bilsteins to fit. Luckily for me I had not painted them though.

The Dremel is one of my favourite tools in the shed. Has gotten me out of trouble more times than I care to remember! B)

That's right, so just stock o solid rotors is all I need, DBA, RDA, eBay?

I've still gotta strip and re paint the engine bay yet. So it's gunna be a while before its on the road... Not a job I'm looking forward to....

Mmmm very nice!! As usual of course.

Did you get all new nuts & bolts, or plate your old ones? The only thing holding me up from doing the exact same front end rebuild is all my bolts needing plating.

Get cracking on that bay dude! :D

Hey Anton,

Yeah all the nuts, bolts, washers from the front end all got re-zinc'd. My plater charges me the earth. I think it was like $390 or something ridiculously stupid for like 100 pieces..... I pretty much got ripped... As it turns out he dosnt do the cheap style barrel plating, no one up here does....... So it's all plated individually.

I really don't want to deal with the engine bay hey.... So I can't ever see this car ever being finished.
