What a nice thing to say.

Thank you for that mate.

Once I get these stickers on, I can basically say that the car is finished. So Ill get it outside and get some more photos of it, instead of boring stuff in the shed.

So the stickers are on!!!!

Plenty of humming and harring over sticker locations.... Comparing with various books/pics that are out there.... Geeez.... Hope we got it right???

Sorry poor lighting.

Yep, pretty much used the dimensions listed here. It appears Norm Darwin has also used what's been written here as well.

Brad,

was a late starter to reading the thread. It takes heaps of effort to bring a car back to original. well done.

I'm at a stage where I cannot decide whether to or NOT put the big xu1 booster on and use the original one which is a lot smaller. It's a battle trying to stay with the original look and feel.

you must me happy.

what are you going to do now with your time ?

Hey Grant. Yes mate. It's a massive undertaking trying to keep this 100% correct..... It's quite stressful to be honest. But...... I think it's a cool novelty having it grandpa spec standard!!!

I've done a few cars modified to my tastes in individuality but this project was by far the hardest!!!!!

What to do with my newly found free time.......? Im pretty worried about that just quietly. I guess I'll just drink more Great Northerns?

Hahahaha, thanks Dave and others for all your positive comments!!!!! Really appreciate it.

I am currently in talks with a professional photographer who has links to various car magazines to get some shots of the car. See if any mobs are interested. Maybe Ill be lucky to score a magazine article? Not sure which mag this sort of thing would really apply to?

If the weather is fine this weekend I will try and go for a little put put around the block. Hopefully fitting the correct input shaft cover/seal to the gearbox has sorted that leak out!!!!

If I get it out, Ill try and get some more pics of it for ya Dave!!!

australian muscle car magazine !!!!!

Dosnt look like much of a muscle car stock standard though with 185 tyres on 13in rims! hahahahahaha

Unlike the rest of the country, blacks dont get special treatment in my backyard. So Red will be staying wrapped up in the bubble.

Well done Brad and congratulations on finally finishing it, car looks sweet as and can't wait to see whole car shots in the daylight, inside and out.

I would have said Aussie Muscle Car Enthusiast but Matt isn't with them anymore and the new bloke hasn't made his presence known here yet, but it's a thought.

Wicked - absolutely wicked. Like looking at the original thing from the '70s straight out of the factory, only better. Top job. I've learnt alot from your build too.
