The repro light lense finish is shit, I just fitted a set to a customers L34 and I had to paint them to match the back end. They must use the cheapest matt black paint available

Hi Brad, Did I read somewhere you needed some chrome strip around the doors for your LH. I have just bundled up all that I have and put them aside. Let me know what ones you need if any.

Gday Lenny, I have been searching for a good pair of L/R Gutter Moulds that were only fitted to LH SL and SLR. I have the rear seactions which run down the C pillar, but hard finding an un-twisted un-dinted set of gutter moulds. I think Ive bought about 2-3 sets but all are twisted or dinged....

I have a Fox V5 helmet because it was the only thing I could find to fit my head. My last one was an AXO carbon fiber helmet but a smash it in a high speed crash and a leg as well.

Sorry, wrong thread.

Do you know what the part number is for this hose you used on your motor?

Mines gone and Holdens cant supply.

Also wondering what the part number of this one is.

I'd be grateful for any help you can throw my way.

Also, that car is a credit to you.  Absolutely fantastic result.

Hey mate. Get friendly with yout local Supercheap Auto store or Mackay Rubber stockist. Purchase as many hoses as you can carry and spend some time with trial and error... Make sure you keep all your receipts so you can return all the hoses that dont fit! Thas what I had to do....

I might have it written down somewhere? Not sure.... the Supercheap Auto receipts fade to nothing after a few months... And cant be read.

Cheers,

Deadly looking arrows there to!

Who is Shine Bright? My concern is because the 6 or 7 trims that I have all have some kind of bend or twist that once someone restores them they still wont follow the profile of the gutter on the car? Would almost need a template of the profile to get it right?

Shine bright trims are all over FB. https://www.facebook...httrims?fref=ts

Don't be alarmed if your gutter trims are twisted. They clip onto the gutters so they will self straighten.

Start at the curved piece don't bump anything on until you are certain the top 'hook' is on.

I've just done mine. Even with the dents they still look better than without.

Rob needs the stainless mould & i think the corner piece.

If you do get a set done and you want to sell any of your spares let me know.  I'm chasing a drivers side drip mould  and am not having much luck at the moment.

Yeah Im a bit worried that Ill go to put it on, it wont sit on there correctly and in the process of fitting will have chipped the paint all along the edge of the gutter.

One mould I have is in good nick except when you place it up to the side of the car, the rear of the trim ends uppointing skywards, its bent upwards.... some others I have are bent outwards...

Greg.

When you say drip mouuld? Do you mean the C pillar section that runs almost vertical behind the rear door?

Bugger mate the only ones I tossed were the top gutter trims. I tried for ages to get them off without damaging them but it looked like they were glued on from factory with contact cement.
