Wouldnt think the windscreen would be too difficult to source.
I bought glass from an ebay joint in Qld. Not for a Torana though.
They were cheap.
$90 or thereabouts for the glass.
Windscreens OBrien quoted me around $380 to supply and fit.
Easy replacement took longer to unpack it than to fit it.

On the IPRA forum there was a guy selling the windscreens with a demister installed, was about $600 though.

You can have harmonics issues with poorly designed brackets resonating and vibrating if they aren't made of the right material and/or thick enough
They do look alittle kooky
But I assume your funneling some ducting between the bolt holes and thats why you have done it like that ?
I have some 3" nyladuct elephant cock if you need any for your flex hose.
