The centre console needs a little trim for the moroso switch box, the vht spray will do for now until it gets trimmed .

I was kinda worried the console would only look ok if carpet went back in,
But now to fit the black (plastic) surround for the shifter,
I'll have chop it or lengthen the gearbox shifter.

On page 4 theres some pics showing the differences between where the factory gearbox mounts with a 6 cyclinder or v8.
Luckily I have a spare gearbox to play with.
I wonder if the grp A race cars used the opel getrag or the BMW version?
