Technically if you register an ICV based on a Holden Torana body then it is ceases to be a Holden Torana. The person building the ICV is deemed to be the manufacturer.

I also have my doubts as to whether you could get a Torana classified as an ICV. It may be possible with a reproduction body.

APPLICATION TO BUILD AN INDIVIDUALLY CONSTRUCTED VEHICLE (ICV)

1. A minimum of one of the major components (frame/chassis or drive train including engine) of the proposed vehicle must be manufactured by a distinctively different manufacturer than the majority of the other components.

2. An Individually constructed vehicle (ICV) is a vehicle that is not a production vehicle or a modified production vehicle. Therefore, the majority of components shall not come from a single manufacturer.
