few more pics. Engine is in and looks good.
love the ceramic coated extractors.

Nicely done to date. I would have put the extractors in before the engine to avoiding any damage while fiting them up?

Yes i would tend to agree. The guys putting it in are good.
I trust they know what they re doing.
I would not trust myself to do any of this.
I have read some of the stories in here about the extractors hitting all sorts of things.

I am so happy i stuck with the colour.
It was a real question mark but what always sticks in my mind was the colour of the car when i
painted it in the early 90's. The colour looks really bad when it fades from being in the sun day in day out.
But brand new it it awsome.
Extractors are pacemakers and i will let you know how they go in.
I will get to see the car on the 12th of august and will find out how much trouble they had.

VHT chevy orange.
painted by the guys at westend performance.
I did the rocker covers only.
I took in an original 77 red painted engine bit i had from the 202 and the chevy orange was really close.
I thought it was closer than the reds i saw.

That would be awesome Steve, I need to get new extractors soon so info on the fitting would be good.
Some rusty Pacemakers come in my boxes of parts when I bought the car but never seen them installed.
Pacemaker was my first choice so hope the news will be good. I did hope they would be able to do a flange fitting on the outlets before they are coated.

Guys at bayside told me the extractors went in OK.
Just as per the instructions. Passengers side was no problem.
Drivers side was a bit harder but essentially they went in and do not rub on anything.
They did have to remove the sway bar to get them in. I think it says all that in the instruction sheet.
Might have helped that the car is unmodified. (correct LX engine mounts etc) and all other bits and pieces are where they
should be from original.
either way they said it was not a biggy slotting them in.

Thanks guys. Yep she is looking good.
The wheels are 14 x 8 and 14 x 10 from memory.
But I remember that they maybe all 14 x 8.
Tyres are 265 / 50 / 14 and 245 / 50 / 14.
