Nice one J.A.W!

Got my carpets today. I don't have hatch door scuff plates so i cant fit it yet. I do have 4 door scuff plates so i need to see if i can cut them and weld them together.

Any one done this??

I didn't have hatch door scuff plates so got some 4 door ones and grafted them together. Photo shows them covered in rust converter.

Welcome to the gang Neil!

I finally got around to fitting the front seats. I cleaned out the shed so the Torry got some air!

I picked up a steering wheel that is better than my old one. Wood type.

$50. This will help complete my 90's Torana look. Also refurbished, repainted and fitted a LX steering column. I Didn't want to use the UC one because of the different indicator switch and dash electrics.

I feel the same about wooden powerboats. That wheel looks great.

Lovely car.  Without trying to upset you, why did you not fit headrests? Be lucky to register it like that...

The wheel really suits the interior. As the tread says "on a budget" for $50 it looks better than the old one . The seats came with out headrests. They were like that when I got them. The seats were from the black twin turbo hatch in street machine. The engineer and dot gave them the ok in principal. But I also have back ups . In case.
