Hi Greg,

Getting close all paperwork was approved by the engineer. It has been submitted and I am waiting on the Department of Transport WA to process so I can take it to the pits. They are about 3 weeks behind.

Have had to fit my Hot Wires and factory seats to pass rego.

This a shot with the new exhaust.

2 inch to mufflers and then 2 and 1/2 in rest. They are mandrel bend, but having to run VY cat for emissions. Nice and quiet till the foot goes down. They look low but its just the angle.

The old steering wheel had a tinted stain on it so all the brass looked cloudy and crap so redid this in a clear marine epoxy.(5 coats)

More pics! :-) Well done mate, great car. Still think of that shot of it all blocked down in Poly and no paint - tough as frock.

i would never have thought to put Eleanor wheels on it, but they look great. Looks modern, but still old school.

I just met Berro at Big Al's.

Now first off he seemed very reluctant when I offered him my LX to be painted - I mean he now has all these skills and I was offering to ensure he keeps his hand in - I was just trying to be helpful..........

But more importantly I have eyeballed his car - it is an absolute credit to him.

The red paint pops and the car looks very very very good. No scratch that - it is outstanding.

He has done a fantastic job and has every right to be very proud of what he has accomplished.

Great car!

Good to see you are prepared Light year.

I thought I would share some of the picks my 13 year old daughter took on a recent cruise.
